1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SLCT's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SLCT provides software development and engineering services, including MVP development, AI integration, and ongoing technical support. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. SLCT retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the development process.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
SLCT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, clients will receive all completed work up to that point.
